Key responsibilities:

Issue Resolution:
1. Investigate and resolve user queries and challenges swiftly and efficiently within the FRND platform
2. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address a wide spectrum of technical and non-technical issues

Customer Engagement:
1. Engage proactively with users across various communication channels (email, chat, phone) to ensure their experience is supportive and positive
2. Initiate outreach to gather valuable user feedback and insights, driving continual enhancements

Documentation:
1. Maintain meticulous and comprehensive records of user interactions, feedback, and successful resolutions
2. Contribute actively to the development of a comprehensive knowledge base that empowers users to find solutions independently

Product Knowledge:
1. Remain abreast of the latest FRND platform features and functionalities
2. Provide expert guidance to users on maximizing the benefits and capabilities of the platform

Skill(s) required

Other requirements

Qualifications:
