Key responsibilities:

1. Process adherence: Follow standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with quality and service guidelines.
2. Problem-solving: Communicate with customer to qualify as per client's requirement and transfer call to the second level associate.
3. Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of interactions and document any actions taken.
4. High responsibility areas: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets, including call handling time, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores.

Salary

Probation:
