Key responsibilities:

1. Contact customers via phone to assist with inquiries, orders, and support requests
2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
3. Resolve customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently
4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements:

1. Has sense of ownership and accountability on tasks assigned
2. Has initiative and is able to think of new ideas which can improve campaigns based on the current trend
3. Fluency in English is essential, can relay messages and ideas in the simple and direct way
4. Can-do attitude & willingness to get involved in driving the brands forward
5. Attentive to all details and always ensures that the information presented is accurate and true
6. Creative and innovative, is able to think outside the box to get the job effectively done
