Dance Teacher Fresher Job

As a Dance Teacher, your primary responsibility will be to instruct students in various dance styles, including but not limited to ballet, jazz, tap, contemporary, and hip-hop. You will design and implement lesson plans, guide students on technique and performance, and create a supportive and inclusive learning environment. Only female candidates with experience in teaching Western dance styles are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Curriculum Development:
- Create lesson plans that are tailored to the student's age, skill level, and interests.
- Develop a progressive curriculum to ensure continuous improvement.
- Incorporate diverse dance styles and techniques into the lessons.

2. Instruction and Demonstration:
- Teach dance techniques, choreography, and routines to individuals and groups.
- Demonstrate proper form, movement, and expression.
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students.

3. Performance Preparation:
- Prepare students for performances, recitals, and competitions.

4. Classroom Management:
- Maintain a safe and organized learning environment.
- Enforce studio rules and policies.
- Manage student behavior and resolve conflicts effectively.

5. Communication and Collaboration:
- Communicate regularly with students and parents about progress, schedules, and upcoming events.
