Data Entry Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Read and extract data from PDF documents manually
2. Accurately enter data into Excel spreadsheets following guidelines
3. Ensure data quality, integrity, and completeness
4. Learn and utilize basic Excel functions for data entry and manipulation
5. Adhere to company policies and procedures for data confidentiality and security
6. Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve targets
7. Possess basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
8. Have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
9. Ability to follow instructions and work independently after training
10. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
11. Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
12. Familiarity with PDF editing software and Excel functions is advantageous

Working Hours: Full-time position (6 days a week).
