We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented data entry executive to join our team at Yana Industries LLP. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating our database with accuracy and efficiency. We are seeking someone with excellent English proficiency (spoken), with basic spoken proficiency in Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and proficiency in MS-Office and MS-Excel to ensure seamless data entry processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits
2. Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry
3. Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output
4. Ensuring proper organization and storage of data in designated locations
5. Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations
6. Responding to queries for information and access relevant files
7. Keeping information confidential and complying with data integrity and security policies
