We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our team as a Data Entry Operator. As a Data Entry Operator, you will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems. This is an entry-level position suitable for candidates with no prior experience in data entry.

Key responsibilities:

1. Inputting and updating data accurately and efficiently into our databases and systems
2. Verifying accuracy and completeness of data by comparing it to source documents
3. Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information
4. Performing regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
5. Assisting with data cleanup and formatting tasks as needed
6. Adhering to company policies and procedures regarding data entry and confidentiality

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent qualification
2. Proficiency in using computers and basic software applications
3. Excellent typing speed and accuracy
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working with repetitive tasks
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Additional Skills (Preferred, but Not Required):

Basic knowledge of spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with data entry software and tools.
Previous experience in data entry or clerical roles.
