Data Entry Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry
2. Verify and log the data input by ensuring its accuracy and completeness
3. Transfer information from paper to digital formats using a range of transcription tools
4. Perform high-volume data entry using word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and other computer software
5. Verify data integrity by cross-referencing original source documents and correcting discrepancies
6. Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of sensitive customer information
7. Perform regular data backups to prevent data loss
8. Respond efficiently to retrieving data from the databases or electronic filing systems
9. Maintain a satisfactory level of quality and productivity per department standards
10. Complete additional assigned tasks as required
