Data Entry Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Accurately input and maintain data into company systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date and error-free
2. Prepare, file, and manage important company documents and reports, ensuring compliance with organizational and legal standards
3. Generate reports and summaries for internal departments or management as required, analyzing data and providing insights for decision-making
4. Assist with communication between departments, customers, or vendors when necessary, responding to inquiries or redirecting them appropriately
5. Demonstrate attention to detail, time management, and organizational abilities, proficient in MS Office Suite or other administrative tools
6. Exhibit good communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and analytical skills
7. Familiarity with databases and data management systems
8. Possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification, with 0 to 1 year of experience as a back office executive or data operator
