We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented data entry specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining various types of data in our systems. This role requires a high level of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail to ensure that all data is entered correctly and in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities:
1. Input, update, and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
2. Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
3. Review and correct any discrepancies in data entries.
4. Organize and maintain files and records.
5. Generate reports and assist with data analysis as needed.
6. Follow company policies and procedures for data entry and data management.
7. Collaborate with other team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
8. Adhere to confidentiality and security standards when handling sensitive information.
Note:
1. You will be required to report to our Noida office every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and work full-time (for the other days, the role will be work-from-home that is Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday)
2. The working hours will be full-time from 10 AM to 7 PM daily
1. Proven experience in data entry or related administrative roles.
2. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
3. Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Word.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly.
5. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
7. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
8. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 /year
