Data Entry Specialist Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

Accurately enter and update health-related data into electronic health records (EHR) and databases.
Verify and cross-check data for accuracy and completeness.
Organize and maintain health data in accordance with privacy and data security policies (e.g., HIPAA compliance).
Assist in generating daily, weekly, and monthly health data reports for internal use and stakeholders.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals, IT staff, and management to ensure data consistency and adherence to company protocols.
Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in the data entry process to the relevant departments.
Ensure timely data entry to meet reporting deadlines and project timelines.
Follow up with healthcare professionals or data sources to resolve missing or unclear information.
Contribute to process improvements related to data entry and reporting.
