About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the design and development of clothing items
2. Generate innovative ideas for brand growth and marketing strategies
3. Manage social media posts, including recording and editing videos. including writing captions, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers
4. Help in production-related tasks and ensure smooth workflow
5. Support in any other tasks as required to ensure the success of the brand
6. Assist in organizing and executing photoshoots
7. Generate innovative ideas for brand growth
8. Contact celebrity stylists and PR to pitch our brand
9. Communicate and build relationships with influencers
10. Support various other tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Other requirements

1. A degree or diploma in fashion design, graphic design, marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

4. Excellent communication and creative writing skills

5. Ability to generate fresh and innovative ideas

6. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

7. Basic video recording and editing skills

8. Passionate about fashion and eager to learn and grow in a startup environment

9. Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 3 months

Salary during probation: ₹10,000 - 12,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,04,000 - 3,00,002 /year
