We are currently seeking a Content Writer and WordPress Editor to manage our WordPress-based portal, create SEO-driven content, and support various operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Portal & client management: As the coordinator, you'll be responsible for managing orders on our WordPress-based uniform portal. This includes updating order statuses, maintaining organized records in a shared sheet, and handling client queries via email. You'll troubleshoot minor technical issues on the portal and collaborate with the technical support team if needed. Prompt and professional communication with clients is crucial, ensuring their experience is smooth and satisfying.
2. Content writing & SEO: You will create SEO-friendly blog content and manage local SEO efforts to improve our visibility online. Additionally, you'll oversee our LinkedIn page, creating and sharing content that aligns with our brand voice and strengthens our online presence. You'll also perform keyword research and analyze content trends to keep our materials relevant, engaging, and aligned with industry standards.
3. Website management: You'll conduct website audits and propose updates that reflect current trends and our evolving business needs. This role requires you to make minor WordPress updates, ensuring our site is fresh and aligned with brand messaging.
4. Reporting & coordination: In this role, you will prepare weekly and monthly reports on your content and portal management activities. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential, as you'll coordinate with various team members, including marketing and operations, to ensure smooth workflow and communication.
