We at Altx are looking for a highly enthusiastic and optimistic individual to join us as a digital marketing & customer success executive in a full-time, on-site role. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the marketing and customer success teams, contributing to client satisfaction, retention, and overall business growth. The role includes supporting digital marketing initiatives, managing customer relationships, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a smooth customer journey with our products and services.

Key responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Support:
- Engage with clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process and provide timely support throughout their journey.
- Proactively address customer inquiries and concerns to deliver an exceptional
experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Visit client offices as needed to provide hands-on support, training, and guidance on product usage.

2. Digital Marketing Support:
- Assist the digital marketing team in creating engaging and effective content for
campaigns.
- Contribute to marketing activities to boost product visibility and generate new leads.
- Support online and offline initiatives that enhance customer experience and
engagement.

3. Customer Success and Feedback:
- Monitor client success metrics to ensure their goals are met and exceeded with our solutions.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine and improve our products and
services.
- Share regular updates and insights with the team to align efforts with customer
needs.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in any discipline (freshers are welcome to apply).
2. Fluency in Hindi and strong proficiency in English.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Energetic, optimistic, and proactive approach to tasks.
5. Willingness to travel to client locations when required.
