Position Description: The Associate Analyst will report to the Director of Marketing and Property Operations in the US office. This individual will assist with operational tasks associated with marketing at both the site and corporate levels. This will involve both tracking and analytics under time-sensitive deadlines, as well as creative projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Review and audit marketing content, including websites, collateral, ILSs, market comparison data, and social media.
2. Assist with content creation for property social media accounts.
3. Manage startup tasks, including but not limited to ordering startup items from the approved list, compiling data into an intro packet for onsite staff, and administrating new property setup in software.
4. Administrative tasks include updating the opening calendar, preparation of vendor contracts and accounts, and scheduling meetings for the opening team as needed.
5. Manage leads prior to onboarding staff in property management software.
6. Perform property setting validation reviews and periodic audits of property settings and lease documents to ensure opening standards are continuing to be upheld.
