Digital Marketing Associate Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to maximize website impressions and organic reach
2. Design organic campaigns on various social media platforms to achieve specific business objectives, such as increasing traffic, inquiries, and lead generation
3. Utilize a variety of social media marketing tools (questionnaires, surveys, live chats, content posts, blogs, forum postings) to generate both cold and hot leads organically
4. Craft compelling, visually appealing, and user-friendly content that aligns with specific social media algorithms and effectively engages the target audience
5. Collaborate closely with the sales team to qualify and convert leads into paying clients
6. Manage active and inactive lead pools, maintaining accurate data for effective nurturing and follow-up
7. Conduct regular prospect follow-up and implement retargeting strategies to increase lead flow
8. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) within the CRM system
9. Strive to meet and exceed lead-to-conversion ratio targets, fostering self and team improvement
10. Address inquiries and concerns from potential clients to build interest in Maltar's forex broking services

Qualifications:

1. Hold a minimum of a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2. Demonstrate proven experience in organic lead generation using social media marketing
3. Exhibit a strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices
4. Possess excellent written communication skills (non-voice)
5. Have experience with social media management tools and content creation platforms
