Digital Marketing Associate Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content creation & posting: Manage and post engaging content across various social media platforms.
2. Ensure posts are timely, impactful, and aligned with the mental health cause. Creative collaboration: Brainstorm innovative content ideas in collaboration with the content writer.
3. Video production: Shoot and edit high-quality videos tailored for social media.
Be ready to travel in and around Mumbai for video shoots as needed.
4. Graphic designing: Design simple yet compelling graphics to complement social media campaigns.
5. Page growth & engagement: Strategize and implement methods to grow social media pages. Monitor trends and audience behavior to enhance engagement.
6. Running Ads: Proficiency in running ads on Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms is essential.
7. Optimize ad performance to achieve campaign goals.
8. Analytics & insights: Analyze social media and ad campaign metrics to refine strategies and improve results.

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

Work mode:Hybrid (4 days in-office, 2 days WFH; subject to change as needed)
Experience:Freshers to 2 years of experience
