Digital Marketing Associate Fresher Job

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Associate to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing effective online marketing and advertising campaigns. The Digital Marketing Associate will work closely with the management team to implement social media strategies, create blog posts, and work as part of a team. The ideal candidate will know about search engine optimization (SEO) to help our website rank well on Google and other search engines.

Key responsibilities:

1. Create and execute effective online marketing and advertising campaigns
2. Implement social media strategies and create Instagram & blog posts
3. Work as part of a team to achieve marketing goals
4. Use SEO knowledge to help our websites rank well on Google and other search engines
5. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior data
6. Create reports on marketing and sales metrics
7. Assist in organizing promotional events
8. Coordinate with other teams to create advertising material

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in marketing or another business-related field or equivalent experience in a similar role
2. Knowledge of and experience in online media marketing, social media marketing, and marketing strategies
3. Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO)
4. Knowledge of marketing digital tools and databases
5. Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
6. Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics
7. Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
