Key responsibilities:
1. Build strong relationships with publishers, offering innovative strategies to boost ROI.
2. Exceed monthly sales targets and maintain company gross margin goals
3. Recruit and diversify your publisher portfolio
4. Communicate effectively with publishers, meeting their preferred method and frequency
5. Ensure timely reconciliation of publisher numbers for prompt payments
6. Expertise in the mobile ecosystem, navigating platforms like Google
7. Maintain professional relationships with team members and demonstrate teamwork and reliability
8. Effectively communicate campaign needs and fill opportunities to the internal team
9. Manage mobile and web campaigns based on CPA, CPS, and other delivery models
Requirements:
1. Minimum 0 to 1 years of previous experience on the publisher's side, network, or client-side affiliate management
2. Self-driven, with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
