Key responsibilities:

1. Manage the entire campaign process, from ideation to optimization, including evaluating campaigns, measuring ROI and KPIs, and forecasting sales trends
2. Oversee all digital marketing channels, including social media accounts and online content, ensuring SEO and Google Analytics are considered
3. Build and implement the overall digital marketing strategy, staying up to date with best practices and technology
4. Manage and train the digital marketing team, motivating them to achieve goals
5. Prepare and manage the digital marketing budget
6. Utilize data analytics to help the marketing team understand their target audience's preferences and make informed decisions
7. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors

Requirements:
