2. Proactively oversee social media pages across the web using advanced tools to ensure no conversation is overlooked
3. Craft comprehensive ORM reports, analyze data, and continually enhance insights to elevate our online strategies
4. Collaborate closely with the internal customer service team for seamless coordination
5. Stay vigilant on the competitive landscape, providing meaningful suggestions to strengthen our brand position
6. Generate positive customer feedback on platforms such as Quora, Reddit, blogs, and more
7. Continuously enhance our ORM tool by making valuable additions and improvements
8. Actively search for and identify new platforms where the Traya Health brand is mentioned, ensuring a proactive online presence

1. Prior experience in customer service with good communication skills
2. Graduate in Mass Media or any equivalent bachelor’s degree field
3. 3 years of work experience with a digital agency
4. Professional-level proficiency in English, excellent written oral communication
5. Must be an informed and active follower of social media and digital trends
