We are seeking a dynamic and experienced senior digital marketing executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce sales and digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving online growth and engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and execute digital strategies that will elevate our brand's presence and boost sales across multiple digital channels.The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, innovative, and capable of collaborating seamlessly with the rest of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute digital strategies: Create and manage multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email) to drive e-commerce sales and brand growth.
2. Optimize paid campaigns: Lead and optimize paid advertising efforts across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and Instagram to maximize ROI and meet business goals.
3. Leverage data analytics: Use tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush to analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends, and make data-driven decisions.
4. Enhance website and conversion: Improve e-commerce site performance through CRO, UX/UI enhancements, and A/B testing to boost traffic and conversions.
5. Lead SEO/SEM initiatives: Implement and refine SEO/SEM strategies to enhance organic visibility and search engine rankings.
6. Content strategy: Collaborate with the content team to produce engaging digital content aligned with brand objectives.
7. Monitor trends and competitor activities: Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities.
8. Report on performance: Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights to senior management.
