
1. Experience in managing paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar platforms
2. Experience managing six-figure media budgets
3. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Excel/Google Sheets and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio)
4. Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback
5. Strong understanding of the Microsoft business suite and file management
6. Background in travel, hospitality, or tourism marketing
7. Client and stakeholder-facing presentation experience
8. Certifications: Google Certifications, Meta Blueprint, and other applicable digital marketing accreditations
