Key responsibilities:

1. Understand the product/service offerings of Techaways.
2. Understand the target market.
3. Acquire and use LinkedIn and other databases to identify potential clients.
4. Generate leads by contacting prospects over email, phone, or social media.
5. Make and deliver presentations to prospects.
6. Remain in touch with customers post-sales and gain an understanding of their levels of satisfaction.
7. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling for existing customers.
8. Maintain receivables statement.
9. Collect payments from customers.
