Diploma Engineer Trainee Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in structured training programs to understand the company's manufacturing processes, tools, and equipment.
2. Learn and apply quality control measures and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
3. Assist in day-to-day production activities, including operating machines and monitoring production lines.
4. Work closely with senior engineers to ensure smooth production processes and resolve operational issues.
5. Support the maintenance team in regular checks and repairs of machinery and equipment.
6. Assist in identifying and troubleshooting technical issues to minimize downtime.

7. Quality Assurance:
a. Monitor and inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
b. Document production data and report any deviations to senior staff.
c. Participate in initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste.
d. Suggest and implement improvements in workflow, methods, or equipment.
e. Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines in the workplace.
f. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
g. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality, and supply chain, to understand the end-to-end process.
h. Learn about different tools and technologies used in manufacturing.
