Gamut HR Solutions is seeking a Diploma Mechanical Technician to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time position suitable for a fresher with 0 to 1 year of experience. As a Diploma Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for utilizing your technical skills to support various mechanical projects and maintenance activities.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD to create and modify technical drawings and schematics (Mandatory skill).
Experience with 3D Printing technology to aid in prototyping and product development (Mandatory skill).
Hands-on experience in preventative maintenance to ensure longevity and reliability of technical equipment (Mandatory skill).
Knowledge of SolidWorks for designing and modeling mechanical components and assemblies effectively.
Familiarity with CNC programming for developing efficient manufacturing processes and operations.
Understanding of PLC programming to automate and control manufacturing equipment and processes.
Ability to interpret GD&T to ensure that parts are manufactured and inspected to meet precise specifications.
Experience with SAP for effective management of processes related to materials management and production.

Roles and Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and modification of mechanical drawings using AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
Conduct preventative maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operations.
Support the operation and management of 3D printing projects to meet product specifications and timelines.
Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machinery through precise CNC programming.
Utilize PLC programming to streamline manufacturing processes and improve operational efficiencies.
Participate in the assembly and testing of mechanical components and machinery.
Document and maintain records of all maintenance and repair activities conducted.
Work under the guidance of senior technicians to develop skills and enhance mechanical knowledge.
