About the job

Key responsibilities:
As the Executive Assistant cum Business Development / Operations Manager at People Pro Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Managing Director (MD) and contributing to the overall success of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, from administrative support to strategic business development.

Here is what you will be doing:

1. Strategic Support:
- Act as the eyes and ears of management, keeping a pulse on the organization s activities and identifying areas for improvement.
- Assist the MD in managing their daily tasks, including maintaining a comprehensive to-do list and ensuring timely completion of critical activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and copilot to the MD, providing valuable insights and recommendations.

2. Team Productivity Tracking:
- Monitor team productivity, track key performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Regularly report on team output, such as the number of CVs sourced versus those submitted to clients, feedback pending.
- Help Management in taking decisions.

3. Client Relations and Public Relations:
- Liaise with clients, build strong relationships, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Handle public relations activities, including managing social media accounts for the company.

4. Business Development:
- Collaborate closely with the MD to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
- Attend client meetings alongside the MD or independently, representing the organization effectively.

5. Operational Excellence:
- Business travel (both domestic and international) as needed.
- Contribute to business delivery by sourcing resumes and supporting recruitment efforts.
- Keeping track of day-to-day expenses, MIS Reports and tracker.
- Ensure compliance of trackers, formants, process, ATS, SOP etc., and guide and train team to ensure compliance on same.

6. HR Management:
- Oversee internal recruitment processes, ensuring alignment with HR policies and compliance.
- Facilitate training programs and conduct performance reviews for the team.
Recognize and reward outstanding contributions.

Salary
Duration: 3 months
Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 18,000 /month (only for freshers)
After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 /year
