1. Bachelor's degree in science education, art education, or a related field.
Preferred: Diploma/degree in engineering (for technical teachers)
Preferred: Degree/diploma in ATD/BFA/Art & Craft (for art teachers)
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
3. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
4. Passion for teaching and a strong desire to inspire students.
5. Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Openness to learning new techniques and exploring innovative teaching methods.
8. Willingness to travel for intercity training (once every two months).
9. Important Note: Candidates must not be allergic to dust, as woodworking activities may involve minimal sawdust exposure.
