We are in search of a proactive e-commerce content marketing specialist to join our team as an Intern. In this role, you will play a vital part in researching, collaborating, and curating impactful content across multiple channels including LinkedIn, our blogs (both personal and agency), email newsletters, and potentially Instagram. Your contributions will directly enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and support DTC brands on their growth journey.
Key responsibilities:
1. Research & collaboration: Conduct in-depth research on e-commerce trends, competitor strategies, and audience preferences to inform content creation and strategy
2. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to ensure content aligns with brand objectives and resonates with target audiences
3. Content curation & strategy: Develop and execute a holistic content marketing strategy tailored to the e-commerce landscape, integrating insights from SEO and CRO practices
4. Curate and create compelling written and visual content, including blog posts, articles, case studies, infographics, and social media posts, that resonate with DTC brands and drive engagement
5. Channel management: Manage and enhance our presence on key digital platforms including LinkedIn, agency blogs, email newsletters, and potentially Instagram
6. Schedule, publish, and monitor content performance across channels, making data-driven adjustments as necessary
7. Analytics & reporting: Track and analyze the performance of content marketing efforts using relevant metrics and tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
8. Prepare regular reports on content performance, audience engagement and channel growth
9. Project Management: Coordinate with external contributors and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality content that meets our standards and objectives.
