We are looking for a detail-oriented 'E-Commerce Data and Finance Specialist' who will play a dual role in managing e-commerce order data and supporting basic financial tasks. The role involves maintaining accurate records of orders, reconciling data across systems, and handling basic financial activities like ledger updates and reconciliations. Ideal candidates will have strong data management skills with a working knowledge of financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Rack, organize, and maintain accurate data for e-commerce orders, including sales, returns, and payments.
2. Reconcile order data across e-commerce platforms and internal systems, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
3. Identify and resolve discrepancies in order processing or payment records.
4. Generate reports for e-commerce performance metrics, such as sales trends, order volumes, and revenue.
5. Reconcile accounts and ensure records in ledgers are accurate and up to date.
6. Assist in maintaining financial records related to orders, payments, and refunds.
7. Support basic financial tasks like updating cash flow data and preparing reports.
8. Use tools like Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, pivot tables) and Google Sheets to organize, analyze, and report data effectively.
9. Prepare regular reports summarizing order reconciliations and financial updates for management.
