Key responsibilities:

1. Providing admission guidance, course analysis, and career pathway guidance to students and parents for almost all UG/PG-related courses offered by the leading international universities
2. Assisting students with documentation, SOP, LOR, and scholarships
3. Handling application, and visa documentation
4. Tracking students' progress and following up regularly with students
5. Maintaining and updating student records in the CRM system
6. Handling tellecalling and email marketing
