Education Counselor Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Do telesales and marketing and take continuous follow-up on leads
2. Do counseling and try to do conversions
3. Ensure planning and revenue achievement while budgeting
4. Be responsible for employee satisfaction and student satisfaction
5. Carry out branch operations and ensure smooth delivery of the programs
6. Guide and direct the center staff in the development, production, promotion, and sale of the center's products and services

Requirements:

1. Should be capable of tie-ups and conducting seminars in corporations & colleges
2. Counseling/tele counseling/marketing ability
3. Passion to drive sales and marketing through digital and classroom verticals
4. Understanding of analytics
5. Be pro-active
6. Must take revenue accountability
7. Very good communication skills
8. Understanding of technology trends
9. Ability to build partnership with academic and corporate organisations
