Key responsibilities:

1. Career Counselling for prospective applicants and their parents, both over the phone and in person, during the admission process
2. Entitled to telephonic counselling and video counselling if required
3. Helping students choose the right course in the right college
4. Assisting with the comparison of colleges
5. Managing the complete admission process
6. Following up with leads regularly
7. Converting students and enquiries to admissions
8. Doing regular activities to convert negative leads into positive leads.
9. Being dedicated to work and achieving targets.
10. Handling Online and tele campaigns i.e. SMS, Whatsapp campaigns etc.
11. Handling communication with academic institutions schools & colleges, other education organizations & consultants
12. Supporting the marketing team in conducting Seminars & workshops
