We are seeking a motivated and experienced educational counselor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to reach out to prospective students, assess their educational needs, and assist them in the admission process for various colleges. Our standard work schedule consists of 5 days in the office and 1 day of remote work from home.
Key responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective students to inquire about their admission status.
2. Generate leads and maintain a database of interested candidates.
3. Provide tailored advice on college admissions based on students' needs.
4. Conduct follow-ups to ensure students have all necessary information.
5. Meet monthly targets for student inquiries and successful admissions.
6. Maintain detailed records using CRM software.
1. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in educational counseling, sales, or lead generation.
2. Bachelors degree in any field.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
4. Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,40,000 - 3,00,000 /year
