Key responsibilities:

1. Analyze electronic equipment malfunctions, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions to resolve issues promptly
2. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on electronic equipment, including circuit boards, power supplies, displays, and other components, to ensure optimal performance and longevity
3. Provide technical assistance to customers, both on-site and remotely, to address inquiries, resolve problems, and offer guidance on the proper operation and maintenance of electronic systems
