Key Responsibilities:
1. Respond to customer queries received via email with accuracy and professionalism.

4. Ensure that all customer interactions are documented and followed up as needed.
5. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
6. Strive for first-contact resolution and effective problem-solving.

2. Graduate with 70% in 10th and 12th
3. Ability to handle multiple queries across different channels (email and call).
4. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in email support, is a plus.
5. Proficiency in using email management tools and CRM systems.
6. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
