Key responsibilities:

1. Evaluate zero base costing from drawing and samples
2. Identify cost reduction opportunities through knowledge of manufacturing processes
3. Apply knowledge of industry benchmark norms and machine hour rate calculation
4. Manage purchasing process and adjust for inflation/deflation
5. Develop strategic program and project goals
6. Track project development timelines and monitor performance to deliver results
7. Utilize project management skills, with prior experience in software training/handover as an added advantage
