YS Group is seeking a dynamic and dedicated English language and communication faculty member to teach junior classes. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English language lessons and enhancing students' communication skills through interactive activities. This role requires a passion for teaching, creativity in lesson planning, and the ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Key responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver effective English language lessons for junior classes, focusing on grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, and speaking skills
2. Develop age-appropriate curriculum and teaching materials to cater to students' learning needs and interests
3. Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active participation in the classroom
4. Assess students' progress regularly through formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents
5. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student collaboration, critical thinking, and creativity
6. Incorporate technology into teaching practices to enhance learning outcomes and prepare students for the digital age
7. Collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in English language teaching
8. Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to provide regular updates on students' progress and address any concerns or queries
