1. Those who are from or open to relocate to Pune, Mumbai and neighboring cities
Postgraduate or graduate in English/Journalism/mass communication/linguistics or any field with 1-2 years of experience preferably in English training or teaching
Must be an energetic individual who loves interacting with students from all walks of life
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Excellent presentation and teaching skills
Ability to conduct a batch of 25 to 30 students
Commitment towards the upliftment of the youth and city transformation
Annual CTC: ₹ 3,00,000 - 3,60,000 /year
The Lighthouse is a center for skilling and livelihood and a sustainable livelihood program for urban disadvantaged youth. The Lighthouse fosters agency, workplace competencies, and skills in youth, thus enabling social and economic transformation for themselves and their communities.
The Lighthouse helps each individual realize their full potential and supports them in discovering this path and taking the next step towards fulfilling their potential. Through the Lighthouse intervention, youth in low-income or slum communities are able to make more informed life choices and acquire the necessary skills for improved employability.
