English Trainer Fresher Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in classroom and field training.
2. Conduct demonstrations for school management at various schools.
3. Train teachers on how to organize EELL classes.
4. Meet with teachers monthly to audit the implementation of the EELL program in classrooms.
5. Coordinate with marketing staff.
6. Ensure the successful completion of the EELL program in assigned schools.

Skills;

1. Travel to and visit 40 to 50 schools each month.
2. Must be a graduate with strong English communication skills.
3. 1 to 2 years of training experience preferred.
4. Preference given to candidates whose mother tongue is Telugu.
5. Basic computer knowledge required (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
