Entrepreneur In Residence (EIR) - Marketing Fresher Job

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) to support our CEO. This role is pivotal in ensuring the CEO's time is optimized for strategic initiatives by handling various operational and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reach out to venues (e.g., cafes) to obtain quotations and make arrangements for events.
2. Manage and process finances and other administrative tasks.
3. Assist with marketing and sales activities, including market research, campaign execution, and customer outreach.
4. Draft and revise job descriptions and other HR-related documents.
5. Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including scheduling, email management, and travel arrangements.
6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
7. Take initiative to identify and implement processes that will improve efficiency and productivity.
8. Support the CEO in strategic planning and project management activities.
