2. Going on the field to set up meetings with wedding planners, corporate event managers, and other clients
3. Meeting client requirements & coordinating with the artist management team and artist on a regular basis
4. Maintaining exclusive artist calendars and event schedule
5. Following up on inquiries on a day-to-day basis and closing deals
6. Building long-term relations with B2B contacts to get business on an ongoing basis
7. Developing and maintaining sales records of sales meetings, sales calls, new sales, closed, follow-up activities, etc. in Excel
8. Going to the events and managing artist performance and requirements
9. Reporting to the business head
