Key responsibilities:

1. Organize high-quality and high-impact conferences that bring together the leading voices from varied fields to a diverse audience
2. Coordinate with delegates' point-of-contact in the days leading up to the event or arrangement
3. Make the necessary logistical arrangements for the events
4. Manage end-to-end event plans efficiently and cost-effectively
5. Enable flexible keynote lectures
6. Streamline conference organization and assisting faculty in organizing webinars, workshops, symposia, and conferences both nationally and internationally

Canva Event Management MS-Office

Earn certifications in these skills

Learn Business Communication

Other requirements

1. Experience working in event management

2. Handling virtual platforms such as Zoom, Google Meets and other social media platforms such as Twitter, YouTube Instagram would be an added advantage

3. Should have prior experience in using design tools like Canva or Adobe
