Event Management Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Assist in the planning and coordination of technologies in various events, including conferences, seminars, and social gatherings
2. Collaborate with event management companies to ensure seamless execution of events from conception to completion
3. Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients by being a point of contact for their inquiries and needs
4. Gather client requirements and preferences to tailor proposals accordingly
5. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure all expectations are met
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design and tech teams, to ensure cohesive planning and execution
7. Participate in team meetings, contributing ideas and insights to enhance overall strategies & concepts
