Event Management Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, organize, and execute a wide range of events, including corporate events, weddings, conferences, and social gatherings.
2. Liaise with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored event solutions.
3. Develop event concepts, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed within scope and on time.
4. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
5. Manage on-site event logistics, including setup, staff coordination, and troubleshooting.
6. Ensure high-quality customer service and client satisfaction throughout the event process.
7. Prepare post-event reports, including financial summaries and client feedback.
