Event Production Manager Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Understanding the detailed event requirements and making a checklist
2. Conducting recce and making a recce report as per the plan
3. Planning the complete event right from setting the timelines to manpower planning, travel schedule, material management, etc.
4. Negotiating & dealing with different vendors; should be able to source new vendors as per requirement with competition
5. Supervising all event requirements and ensuring a glitch-free execution
6. Managing console, coordinating with technicians

Job summary:

2. Vendor booking & coordination
3. Set up & dismantle plan, with timely execution
4. Smooth coordination with technicians, console management, etc.
5. Conducting recce
6. Negotiating & dealing with different vendors
7. Ensure loading, unloading, timely set-ups & dismantling
