About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Source and procure goods/services & research sourcing for new suppliers and vendors
2. Maintain RFP/RFQ/RFI sourcing-wise documentation
3. Perform due diligence checks for all the vendors onboarded in the system (new onboarding/renewal contract vendors)
4. manage & maintain the updated due diligence tracker and procurement tracker
5. Prepare monthly procurement MIS reports
6. Maintain the updated Vendor Master
7. Perform quarterly vendor performance for RFP/RFQs raised
8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams for upcoming contract renewals
9. Source, evaluate, and select new vendors for various items
10. Maintain and expand working relationships with existing vendors for pricing and delivery requirements
11. Maintain compliance & risk-related data
12. Negotiate applicable contracts with vendors to ensure the best rates and quality standards for the company
13. Analyze vendor rates and execute the process for reviewing and approving cost
14. Ensure timely delivery and quality of the materials
15. Research and monitor upcoming trends and legal changes that may affect supplier agreements
16. Work on monitoring and ensuring potential areas of cost saving, ensuring the best materials and services are procured at optimal cost
17. Maintain up-to-date records of purchase orders and invoices
