Key responsibilities:

1. Preparing comprehensive reports, presentations, and summaries for executive review
2. Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects and initiatives
3. Facilitating clear and effective communication between the executive team and other departments
4. Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support executive decision-making
5. Providing administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence
