This ECA (executive & creative assistant) role is designed to support the founder of Atelier Shibani, end to end, across her various functions.
Some features of the role:
It is a full time role (Mon - Fri), and contractual
WFH partially, and partially, in-person work, based out of Bombay
The ECA role is highly dynamic
Day to day work will change routinely, depending on the direction input is required
Key Responsibilities:
a. Assisting the founder by managing projects across functions:
1. Follow ups/coordination with different people in connection with the Founder's office (with ops, different vendors, agencies, etc.)
2. Collaboration on ideation and creative planning sessions
b. Assisting the founder with marketing/social media
1. Ideation and creation of social media (Instagram) content and assets + helping with management of paid media
2. Website management: Update and manage new pages and content as needed
c. Assisting the founder with operations: Oversee the shipping, packaging and inventory function (for Atelier Shibani products)
THE IDEAL ECA (the requirements of the role):
1. Is a college graduate (masters or bachelors), or one or two years of work experience (work experience post college is optional). Internship experience is preferred
2. Has a keen sense of art and/or design
3. Enthused by technology, the internet, social media, pop culture and trends
4. Has an eye for detail and is extremely organised
5. Is comfortable with a dynamic role, which requires moving across functions depending on the areas of support required by the founder
6. Is a driven, self-motivated, accountable and responsible individual
7. Has excellent communication skills
8. Is someone who would rather be mentored than micro-managed: trust and accountability is paramount to this role

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
Atelier Shibani was founded by artist Shibani Nayak, with the aim of reimagining how art fits into people's daily lives. A S creates beautiful, luxurious products that are adapted from Shibani's original artwork, that people can cherish the everyday, making the original art both accessible and usable.
