About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide high-level administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence on behalf of the CEO
2. Coordinate and prepare for meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items
3. Manage the CEO's calendar and prioritize tasks for efficient time management
4. Conduct research and prepare reports or presentations as requested
5. Organize and maintain files, ensuring documents are accessible and up-to-date
6. Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries for business trips
7. Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications with the CEO
8. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
9. Adapt to the CEO's varying needs, demonstrating flexibility with hours and ability to travel on short notice
10. Assist with ad-hoc projects and any other tasks to support the CEO's objectives

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
2. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
3. Strong written and verbal communication abilities
4. Ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them
5. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel when needed
6. High level of professionalism and confidentiality
7. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools
8. A proactive, adaptable, and solution-focused attitude
